Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Cupcakes and Cashmere, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand if things don't always work out. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel off at any USPS or FedEx location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
