Named for Emily's daughter, Sloan, this heart-shaped pendant is quite possibly Emily's favorite thing we've ever made. It took a long time to get the design just right, and the result is a completely unique, slightly edgy, unexpected heart necklace with a bold chain you'll never want to take off.
